Loss shapes us in profound ways, and I know this firsthand. I have spent years navigating the corporate world across oil & gas, telecom, and education—thriving professionally and personally. Yet, a persistent feeling remained: Life must mean more than this. I didn’t know what was missing, but I felt its absence deeply.

My journey into grief counseling and life coaching began with personal loss. At 19, I lost my mother—the most influential person in my life. Overnight, I became the emotional anchor for my father and brothers, stepping into leadership when I was still figuring out who I was. Decades later, COVID-19 took my elder brother in just eight days. Losing him—someone I had known my entire life—was devastating. The pain, guilt, and helplessness pulled me into depths I had never experienced before.

Grief breaks us, but it also gives us a choice: to succumb to the pain or to rise from it. I chose to rise. I immersed myself in self-discovery, personal growth workshops, books, yoga, breathwork, and meditation—seeking answers, healing, and transformation. A pivotal moment came when my son gifted me Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty. His wisdom resonated, leading me to his Genius Club and, eventually, to becoming a Certified Life & Success Coach.

Now, I help others process loss, rebuild their lives, and find purpose through proven frameworks and holistic healing. Grief is universal, but suffering doesn’t have to be. Whether you’re facing the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or a sense of self, you are not powerless in your pain. Healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel—and I am here to guide you through it.
